Wednesday, June 8
- 6:00-7:00 p.m. - Camp check-in & orientation (we will have snacks). Orientation overview begins at 6 p.m. We will be available for check-in until 7 p.m. Later check-in can happen Thursday morning before the bike clinic begins.
Thursday, June 9 - official start of the 4-day camp
- Make your own breakfast - food in pantry. Late check-in: 6:00-6:45 a.m.
- 7-9 a.m. - Bike Skills Clinic
- 9 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. - Bike Ride (ride options for 20-40 miles), optional transition run.
- 12:00-12:45 p.m. - Team Lunch from Stir It Up Catering
- 1:00-2:30 - Open Water Clinic + swim; in-water form instruction. All campers must wear official camp swim cap for identification. You will receive one upon check in.
- 3:00-4:45 - individual coach consults
- 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Educational Sessions, Team Dinner, Open Forum Q&A

Friday, June 10
- Make your own breakfast - food in pantry
- 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. - Run Form Clinic
- 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Run Workout
- 10:45-12:15 Yoga, individual coach consults
- 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Team lunch - chef meal (2-day camp begins; check-in & orientation for 2-day camp)
- 1:30-2:30 p.m. - Individual coach consults
- 3:00-5:30 p.m. - Open water clinic & swim; In-water form instruction. All campers must wear official camp swim cap for identification. You will receive one upon check in
- 6 - 8:30 p.m. - Educational sessions. Dinner (chef meal) served during educational sessions. If you have special dietary needs, please email maria@nolimitsendurance.com.

Saturday, June 13
- Make your own breakfast - food in pantry
- 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Long ride with transition run. We start early because the traffic can get hectic - and we want to make certain that 112 mile riders have ample time to complete the 2 loops.
- Ride options include: 112, 100, 56 mile options. T-run anywhere from 20-45 minutes. You are encouraged to ride at your own pace. We will help athletes organize according to typical speed.
- Ride Leads for one loop (56 miles): 1 leader for 17-18 mph (average), 1 leader for 15-16 mph (average), 1 lead for a no-drop group for the first loop. You may ride additional miles, organized with fellow campers. Ride leads are guaranteed for first loop only.
- 5 - 8 p.m. - Dinner & educational sessions
Sunday, June 14
- Make your own breakfast - food in pantry
- 6 - 9 a.m. - Long run. Distance varies 10 - 20 miles. (Aid provided at run turnaround on River Road & in town). (Note: the Lake Placid half and full marathon is this weekend. If you sign up, we'll cheer you on!!)
- 9:30-10:30 a.m. - Final Q&A and debriefing
- 11:00 a.m. - camp ends
