Not interested in doing the event, but still want to participate? We need your help! Our race cannot be successful without the support of the community and the family and friends of participants. We also know that being a volunteer is hard work! Those who volunteer will receive a volunteer shirt, as well as continuous recognition throughout the event. Volunteer sign up opens one month prior to race day.

• Swim Course Directions (must be 18+ yrs old)

• Run Course Directional (must be 18+ yrs old)

• Bike Course Directional (must be 18+ yrs old)

• Aid stations

• Finish line (must be 15+ yrs old)
