Full Course Map 2027
Course Overview
The 2027 USA Triathlon Winter National Championship features a spectator-friendly course. Athletes begin with a snow run, transition to the bike segment on groomed winter terrain, and finish with a Norduc ski course that returns participants to the finish area. The course is designed for easy navigation, excellent spectator viewing, and a true winter multisport championship experience.

Run Course (5K)
Athletes will start near the event village and follow a clearly marked snow-packed course through the beauiful grounds at Forbush. The route is primarily flat to rolling terrain with wide sections allowing comfortable passing. Directional signs, course marshals, and flags will guide athletes throughout the course.

Bike Course (10K)
After entering transition, athletes will complete a winter bike course featuring groomed snow surfaces and sweeping turns. The course emphasizes rider flow and safety while providing a fun and challenging championship experience. Aid and support personnel will be positioned throughout the route.

The final leg consists of a cross-country ski course utilizing groomed trails. Athletes will experience a mix of open sections and wooded terrain before returning to the finish line in the event village.
