2027 Lavaman Triathlon & Duathlon Policies
No Refunds: All entry fees are non-refundable.
No Person-to-Person Transfers: Entries cannot be transferred to another athlete.
Transfer Options (Manage via RunSignUP)
Between Individual Events: Switch between Triathlon, Duathlon, or Aquabike anytime before the start for free.
Individual to Relay: Allowed anytime before the race start. No refund for the price difference. Athletes must organize their own teams.
Relay to Individual: Allowed only if slots are available. Your relay fee will be credited toward the individual entry cost.
**Cancellation Policy Change**
There will be no refunds or deferrals to 2028 if you cancel. We offer 3rd party insurance through FanShield during the registration process.. This will protect your registration and offer a full refund for medical, travel and other cancellation reasons. This is optional but we strongly recommend purchasing it.
