Refund Policy
Registration Protection: Optional insurance through RunSignup is subject to third-party terms separate from DQ Events.
Refunds & Deferrals:
-Partial Refunds: 35% refund (excl. fees) available up to Race Day Eve.
-Deferrals & Race Transfers: Available for $40 up to Race Day Eve. Deferrals expire at the end of the next calendar year; Race Transfers must be used in the current calendar year.
-Sub-Event Transfers: No fee except to pay any price difference.
-Self-Service: All requests MUST be managed directly via your RunSignup profile.
Weather & Cancellations: Events are held rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to severe weather, safety hazards, or acts of God/Force Majeure, registrations automatically roll over to the following year.
Entry fees are nonrefundable as proceeds cover nonrefundable operational, permit, and pre-race costs.
