Refund Policy
If there are more than 30 days until the event date, you can request a refund. Processing fees are not refundable. If you plan to do a future Golden Driller Racing(GDR) event, it would be better to transfer to that event rather than to request a refund minus processing fees. Entries are not transferrable to another person, unless you use the official transfer to someone else option on the bottom of the website. No refunds or race transfers within 30 days of event. No make-up date in the event the race is cancelled due to weather or natural disasters. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start of the race, you will not be permitted to begin and will not receive a refund. If you purchased race insurance during registration, refer to https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000073422-claiming-event-insurance for instructions on filing a claim. Race insurance is offered by a third party. GDR has no oversight or ability to manage or intervene with claims.
