Refund Policy
This event has a strict NO REFUND policy. All unused registrations go to our local charities.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE THE EVENT INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED WITH EACH EVENT REGISTRATION. THIS INSURANCE WILL PROTECT YOUR REGISTRATION AND PROVIDE A FULL REFUND UNDER THE TERMS OF THE POLICY, INCLUDING WORK SCHEDULE CHANGE
TRANSFERS:
Limited types of transfers are allowed:
- For children 11 to 15, transfers between the Super Sprint and the Triathlon are allowed
- Transferring your registration to another participant in the same event is allowed
Deadline for transfers: 4/30/2026
NOTE: USA Triathlon (USAT) membership fees are non-refundable. We have no control over or access to your USAT membership. The USAT license fee was not paid to or collected by Silicon Valley Kids Triathlon.
