Refund Policy
The Upper Dublin Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquabike/5K recognizes that sometimes things come up prior to race day and you may not be able to join us. As a result, the following is our race's refund policy.
Runsignup fees and/or USAT fees are non-refundable.
Partial refunds will be issued as follows:
- 365 to 61 days prior to race day = 80% refund
- 60 to 15 days prior to race day = 50% refund
- 14 to 4 days prior to race day = 25% refund
- 3 days to race day eve = 10% refund
Deferrals and Transfers are available up to 7 days prior to race day and require an active USAT Membership for race day.
- Transfers are good for the current year's race only and cannot be deferred*.
- *$10 transfer fee is to be paid by the transfer recipient.
- Transfers must be completed by May 1.
- Deferrals expire at the end of the following calendar year.
