NO REFUNDS. But, we are trying something NEW - IF & WHEN THE RACE FILLS UP, A WAIT LIST WILL BE ESTABLISHED. At that point, Registrants may request a conditional 50% refund. When a person on the wait list registers to fill a spot, the refund will be issued within 24 hours to the first person requesting a refund.
