Registration fees are nonrefundable and registrations cannot be transferred to another athlete or deferred to a future event.

Every effort will be made to hold the Event as planned. However, circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond the control of the Event organizers may require the Event to be delayed, shortened, modified, or canceled. If this occurs, registration fees will not be refunded.
