You will need to arrive at 5:45 am and plan to stay until the bikers are done (by 9am) You will be stationed along the 2-3 mile bike course to cheer the kids along

You will need to arrive by 5:45 and plan to stay until 8:30/9 to help direct families in and out of the Sportsplex

Arrive at 6:30 and plan to stay until 10am to help monitor booths, water slides in the triathlon post race area
