Cologuard Screening Kits

The Cologuard test is a noninvasive and effective prescription-based colon cancer screening test. You collect a sample at home, then ship it back to OHSU labs for testing. It looks for both abnormal DNA and blood in your stool.

Check eligibility to receive your free mail-in Cologuard colon cancer screening kit. Ask Derrik at the OHSU Mobile Van if you qualify and learn more about the testing and results process.
