Event Information for our Vendor Partners

Families Helping Families of Greater Baton Rouge is thrilled that you have chosen to be a vendor at our Active for Autism 5K Run & Fun Walk! Here are a few important reminders to keep in mind as you prepare for our event on Saturday, April 26, 2024, from 8 AM - 12PM:

- No grills or heating sources are allowed.
- No alcohol is permitted.
- Due to an underground sprinkler system, no stakes can be placed in the ground if you bring a tent. (Weights or sandbags are welcome.)
- Small coolers are allowed.
- An event waiver must be signed by all attendees.
- Please note that tables and chairs are in limited supply this year. We would appreciate it if you could bring your own table and chairs, if possible. (*One table and one chair will be provided only if you requested them on your Vendor Form.)

ACCESS TO THE EVENT GROUNDS:

All vendors and sponsors who have requested vendor spots should plan to enter the event site (Pennington Biomedical Research Center, 6400 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge, LA) via Quail Dr, starting at 6:30 AM. Turn left into the first unobstructed driveway, follow the signs, and park in the designated vendor parking area.
