Athens Ohio Marathon

The Athens Ohio Marathon operates with an amazing cast of volunteers!

We love our volunteers and couldn't do this event without them. 

Many high school cross country teams, the Ohio University Track and Field and Cross Country team, OU student clubs, and other local community non-profits or organizations volunteer as a group for the Athens Ohio Marathon, and we value their long-standing commitment to the race.  We pledge over $17,000 in donations to those teams and groups, and we hope this uplifts and betters our community!
