No, you are not required to fundraise. We would love your help to raise more money for scholarships. There is no minimum, but you can collect BBC swag on the way!

As a part of ride registration, one of the questions is "Do you want to be a fundraiser?" If you answer "Yes", if will ask you to become a fundraiser on the next page. And it will ask you for sizes of the awesome swag you are eligible to receive - $100 gloves; $250 zip-up hoodie; $500 BBC 2026 jersey.

Your registration fee includes your bib number, a Tshirt, aid station food and beverage, SAG support, volunteer support, law enforcement support, pasta lunch at the finish, complimentary cold beer for those over 21 years old, bike lock-up at the finish and a wonderful day of riding your bike.
The start / finish line is at Benson Lawn, 2200 Colorado Ave Boulder 80309, in parking lot 360. Don't worry, you will see the arch and the orange fencing and all the people heading there. There will be an Expo at the finish.
Staging will begin 15 minutes prior to the start time at Benson Lawn with riders released slowly for safety start. The Buffalo Bicycle Classic is a ride and not a race. 8:30am - 50 Mile Half Century, 35 Mile Mary's Loop and Gravel Buff (42.3 miles)
10:30am - Little Buff Family Ride (10 miles)
We have aid stations every 15-20 miles on all the routes. You'll find well-stocked and well-staffed aid stations throughout each route. Hydrate with Tailwind Nutrition and Eldorado Spring Water. Smiling faces, tasty eats, and a cowbell or two to keep your spirits up!
There is free parking for the event on Sunday, Sept. 13 in Lot 436 (just north of the Regent parking garage) on the corner of Colorado Avenue and Regent. This is the only lot where there will be free parking for the event. All other visitor parking zones on campus are $1 per hour on Sundays.
Overflow parking is in the parking garage. PLEASE NOTE: if you have a roof bike rack! The garage is only 7ft high!

A Tshirt is included in your ride registration fee. You have the option sizes and a choice of a crew neck or Vneck Tshirt.

All 11 aid stations will have tasty treats, PB&J's, snack bars, fresh fruit, small potatoes, and much more yummy delites. Hydrate with Eldorado Spring water and Tailwind Nutrition. There will also be portalets, mechanics and volunteer first aid staff.
You never know about Colorado weather! You can experience all four seasons in one day. Be prepared with layering your clothing. You should always carry your ID and cell phone. For those on longer rides, spare tire tube and, ideally, portable pump or CO2 cartridge to ensure you can quickly rejoin the ride. If your bike has mechanical shifting, be sure to pack a spare battery. There will be a volunteer mechanics at some of the aid stations.
Yes, we will have an Expo at the finish area in Benson Field post ride. There will be a post ride lunch and complimentary cold beer! And lots of Expo tents. More info later.
