• 6:15pm - 1K Swim + 5K Run, 1K Swim & Relays start

• Swim Wave 1: Co-ed/FAST 

• Swim Wave 2: Men 49 & under

• Swim Wave 3: Men 50+ 

• Swim Wave 4: Women 49 & under 

• Swim Wave 5: Women 50+

• 6:20pm - 5K & 10K Run start at the arch

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
