Wave Start Format: Participants will choose a start time when registering. Each wave is limited, so sign up early!

Arrive Early: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your start time for a course walkthrough and warm-up. Treat this as a race-day rehearsal.

Late Arrivals: If you’re late, you’ll need to wait for the next available wave slot.
