Rise & Stride Community Run - North Tahoe Recreation

Explore the trails of the North Tahoe Regional Park during this 5k and 1mile run.  Brought to you by North Tahoe Recreation, the Rise & Stride event is offered to residents and visitors in an effort to get runners out on the trails and connect with other athletes in the trail running community.  Not a runner?  No problem...jog, walk, or stroll. Bring the whole family. Whether you are looking to set a "PR" or just get some fresh air, this is a great event for you.

Prior to and after the race, coffee, tea, and breakfast snacks will be available for participants and their friends and family.  North Tahoe Recreation staff will bring the energy to get you warmed up and ready to hit the trail!

The course will start on baseball field #1 and combine bike paths, single tracks, grass fields, and scenic mountain tops.
