The 5K start line is located along the trail next to the basketball court at Waterfront Park. 

The triathlon start line is located on the beach in front of the playground. 

The duathlon start line is located at the traffic circle near the beach pavilion. 

The finish line is located on the grass field at Waterfront Park.

Yes, restrooms are available near the start and finish lines and on the run course.

No, dogs are not allowed on the course due to event insurance restrictions.

Per USAT rules, headphones are NOT allowed during the triathlon events. 

Headphones are allowed for 5K runners.

Yes, the 5K run will pass the water stop twice at miles 1 & 2. 

There are additional water stops along the triathlon race course for the swim exit and run start.

Yes, all participants receive an event t-shirt and a finisher’s medal.
