Private Party Tent
Come enjoy the excitement of the Crescent City Classic at the Michelob Ultra RaceFest and throw your own party in the Private Party Tent Village! The Private Party Tent Village is located at the back of the Festival Grounds in City Park.
Applications must be submitted to the Crescent City Classic by February 28, 2024.Set-up: Saturday, March 30th by 6:30am* or day prior b/w 8:30am & 4:00pm
Location: Festival Grounds, City Park, 4 Friedrichs Ave, NOLA
Load Out: Saturday, March 30th 1:00pm - 2:00pm
There is a $150 non-refundable site fee to secure your spot on the festival grounds. Size and layout must be pre-approved by CCC.

*VENDORS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PRICING FOR RENTALS ABOVE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX, SET UP LABOR, DELIVERY, OR PICK UP FEES.
Two (2) Festival Credentials will be issued upon check-in, which will allow early entry into the festival grounds on Race Day. Additional Festival Passes are $20 and only allow entry at 8:00am once gates open.
Applications will be considered on a first come basis. No telephone reservations will be taken. Mail-in or emailed reservations will only be accepted with complete credit card information and signature. Crescent City Classic reserves the right to decline Vendor requests. Applicants acknowledge they are responsible for any taxes, delivery, pick up fees. Applications must be received no later than March 17th, 2023 for consideration.
