Camp Schedule
The following schedule is offered as a tentative outline for our camp. Details are subject to change as we get closer to the event, based on weather and conditions. However, this gives you the flavor of what we'll be doing, and how you can best prepare to train fully at camp.
As a reminder: We strongly recommend the following as minimum continuous training: 2500 yard swim, 3 hour bike (plus preparation for hilly terrain), 90 minute run or hike.
