The Move Better. Live Better. 5K is a community-driven run/walk hosted by Ohio Movement Clinic in Findlay, built around one simple mission: when we move better, we live better. This family-friendly event welcomes all fitness levels and brings together runners, walkers, and local supporters for a day focused on health, connection, and giving back.

Surrounding the race will be a Small Business Sponsor Village featuring local Findlay businesses, creating opportunities to support and discover services within our own community. All event proceeds and donations will benefit Open Arms, helping extend resources and support to families in need.
