Participation from you and/or your group would stay local and help support the NEPA
Council Scouting Program. The NEPA Council supports youth in Luzerne, Lackawanna and
Wyoming Counties. The NEPA Council currently operates two Scout Camps within our
area. This is a rarity among Scout Councils with most only having one or no Council run camps
