Not One More York Chapter's 11th Annual 5K

 

If you would like to donate to Not One More - York Chapter, you will help us provide a number of services to those struggling with addiction and their family and loved ones:  

Randy’s Wish; Scholarship Program 

Not One More – York Chapter provides financial support to help those seeking to begin medication-assisted treatment or residency in a recovery/sober living house. 

Ignition Interlock 

Not One More – York has reached an agreement with the York County Adult Probation Office to offer financial relief to those who are required by Drug Wellness Court and/or General Probation to participate in the ignition interlock program. 

Funeral Assistance

Not One More – York Chapter offers financial assistance to families who have lost a loved one (from York County) due to addiction and are unprepared to pay for the expenses associated with a funeral or cremation.

 

Support Groups

C.A.R.E.S. (Compassion, Advocacy, Resources, Empowerment, Support) is for families and friends of a loved one who struggles with addiction. The group meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesday at the NOM Family Center and from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the first Thursday in Delta at Faith Community Chapel, 424 Broad Street Extended. 

Family Connections is for kinship families that are raising children due to substance use disorder. Kinship care is when children live with relatives, such as grandparents, aunts or uncles, adult siblings or other extended family members. The group offers free events every other month. 

Fences and Bridges (F.a.B.) is a group for children ages 7 to 15 who have been impacted by substance use disorder. Meetings are held the second Monday of each month at the NOM Family Center.

 

CRS, CFRS Scholarship

Scholarships are offered to York County residents seeking the Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS) certification through HACC. (The HACC Foundation has agreed to cover the remaining cost of the certification program. if funding is available.)

Memorial Banners

Not One More – York Chapter has created Memorial Banners that feature photos of loved ones lost to addiction. We share these banners when we attend events throughout York County, so that people can see the faces of addiction and begin to understand the devastation it wreaks upon our community.
