COVID-19 CANCELLATION FAQS
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
- Convert registration fee to a 100% tax-deductible donation to Miami-Dade County Public Schools via the Life Time Foundation to support them as they continue to safely provide meals to students during this time of crisis + complimentary access to our 2020 Escape FROM Miami Challenge .
- Refund of registration fee (less processing fee)
WHERE DO I MAKE MY DECISION?
Please make your decision by following these steps:
- Go to our event page
- Select your preferred option
- Click “Continue”
- Login to your account
- Click “Save Decision”
*PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT receive a confirmation when making your selection. The selection tool is to gather the information. Once your selection is submitted, we will process your selection.

CAN I CHANGE MY DECISION?
No, once you make your selection, your decision is final.
WILL I INCUR ANY PROCESSING FEES OR ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EITHER OPTION?
No, you will not incur any processing fees or additional costs for your registration for either option. We are processing refunds minus the processing fee. The processing fee is charged by a third party and we don't have access to those funds
WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY DECISION BY?
All decisions must be submitted before October 4, 2020.

You will NOT receive a confirmation when making your selection. The selection tool is to gather the information. Once your selection is submitted, we will process your selection.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE COVID-19 UPDATE. HOW DO I PICK MY OPTION ?
If you have ever unsubscribed from a Life Time email, you will not receive any emails from Life Time Events. Please email Athlete Services and we can check your email status. In the meantime, please visit the event page to read the announcement and make your selection.

I DONATED MY ENTRY FEE, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY 100% TAX-DEDUCTIBLE OFFICIAL GIFT RECEIPT ?
Great option and THANK YOU!
100% of your registration fee will be turned into a tax-deductible donation to the Life Time Foundation who will administer all proceeds – 100% benefitting Miami-Dade County Public Schools. You will receive an email from foundation@ltfoundation.org by October 4, 2020 providing an official gift receipt. The Life Time Foundation is a public charity 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, federal tax ID: 03-0533192

You will receive your comp code 3-5 business days after submitting your selection
REFUND OPTION FAQS
*Relay Members* The relay captain will be automatically refunded as a resolution for the cancellation.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
On average, it takes 10-15 business days but some banks make take longer. Please allow up to 25 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING FEE ASSOCIATE WITH THE REFUND?
The processing fee associated with the refund is the original processing fee you paid to register for the event. We are not charging any additional fees but we are unable to refund the original processing fee you paid.
MY CREDIT CARD HAS EXPIRED, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The refund can only be posted to the same card you used to register. We recommend reaching out to your bank to locate those funds after the refund has been processed.
WHICH CREDIT CARD DID I USE TO REGISTER?
You may find that information on your email confirmation receipt that you received when you first registered for the event.
