To ensure a safe and successful race, all participants should come prepared with the following:
Required Gear:
🏊 Water shoes (for river swim)
🚴 Bicycle (in good working condition)
👟 Running shoes
Optional/Recommended Gear:
💧 Water bottle or hydration pack
🍌 Energy bars or light snacks
🧴 Towel for transition area
🎒 Any personal items you may need during or after the race
