5K Ruck
Participants will carry a weighted backpack (ruck) while navigating the scenic course, combining the benefits of strength training and endurance. This is a great way to test your limits and embrace the camaraderie among fellow ruckers. Don’t forget to pack your heart along with your gear, as we march together to the finish line!
