FSDPA PA Week and Hurricane Ian Relief Virtual Run/Walk

Please help us support the PA Foundation as well as the Florida Disaster fund while we celebrate PAs nationwide this PA week! 100% of proceeds raised from registration will be donated to the PA Foundation, and 100% of additional donations raised will be given to the Florida Disaster Fund for Hurricane Ian relief efforts. The FSDPA strives to organize and support community outreach projects, and is honored to partner with these incredible organizations. In this spirit, the FSDPA is pleased to offer a total matching donation of up to $5,000!

The PA Foundation is a national nonprofit organization that promotes better health and wellness by providing PAs and PA students with philanthropic opportunities and resources. It is the philanthropic arm of the American Academy of PAs (AAPA), representing a profession of approximately 150,000 PAs across all medical and surgical specialties in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and the uniformed services. 

The PA Foundation’s Global Outreach Grants Program supports PAs and PA students in humanitarian activities that improve the quality of life in underserved areas of developing countries and the United States. The grants promote sustainable development in the areas of healthcare and health education for populations and communities in need.

The PA Foundation IMPACT Grant Program provides funding to encourage and support PA and PA student involvement in programs that improve health, consistent with the mission, values and vision of the PA Foundation. Through the program, the Foundation seeks to support patient-focused, community-based health projects that demonstrate an impact on patient health outcomes.
