Individual Run & Row
An individual athlete will Run 1/2 mile, then Rows 500 meters on a stationary rowing machine (ERG), then Runs 1/2 mile, and finishes with Rowing 500 meters on the ERG.

4 Person Run & Row Relay
A relay race in which each athlete of the four-person team either runs a distance of Run 1/2 mile or Rows 500 meters on a stationary rowing machine (ERG) in the following sequenced order: Row 500 meters, Run 1/2 mile, Row 500 meters, Run 1/2 mile.
