Open to all ages: 150 meter serpentine swim (6 lane outdoor pool), bike 5 miles (5 laps traffic controlled), and run 2 miles (out & back traffic controlled with finish at Campbell Field) on a marked course. Swimmers are expected to self-seed; fast to slow start. Shirts guaranteed for those registered prior to RunSignup August 8th deadline; shirts will not be available for onsite registration.

Packet pickup/onsite registration/body marking will be 6:30-7:30 a.m; onsite registration is cash only.

Medals will be provided to each female & male age group winner.
