The Lung Run - North Carolina
This run is meant to get people out and reward them for completing laps around Wake Med Soccer Park. Nemanja and Lewis, two men pushing their limits to raise awareness for cystic fibrosis, will be completing a four-day marathon, with the final day being ran at the Park. Join alongside them and others to get as many laps as you can handle in!

The Lung Run - Detroit Group Run
The Lung Run - Detroit will be led by the Rock CF Foundation team in partnership with RUNdetroit. Runners will partake in a group run beginning at 9AM on December 14th through the sights and sounds of historic Eastern Market.
As an optional challenge, participants have the chance to join in on the "Segment Strike", as two Strava segments will be marked on course, creating a competition where the top individuals on the day's leaderboard will receive an extra prize for their efforts. This group run is free to attend and the team will have The Lung Run merchandise on-site for purchase. Details will be emailed out to registrants with additional information regarding starting locations and maps closer to event date!
