Join us for a timed 3.1 mile run, switch to a 20 mile bike ride through the outskirts of Marshall & Lynd, and then transition to the big finish with one last 3.1 mile run. The event starts and ends at the Marshall Area YMCA.

Join us at the SMSU track for a kid's 1-mile fun run. All participants receive a technical tshirt and medal.

Can't join us for the Duathlon and 5K? You can still participate from ANYWHERE! Sign up to complete our virtual race--we'll mail you your bib & shirt!

Do I need to run on a certain day or time?
-No, you can choose to run anytime after you've registered.
Is there kids pricing for virtual?
-No, there is just one price for virtual, no matter who is participating and what distance you choose to run.
Can I participate on the course on race day if I'm registered for the virtual event?
-No, virtual runners cannot run the Official Course.
