Event: Apple Duathlon Age Group Individual Event

5k run - 33k - 5k run - This is a short course duathlon. The start is at Sartell Middle School and leads out through St. Stephen back along the Mississippi River along the River Road.

8:30AM start time: Official wave numbers will be announced at packet pick-up and race morning.
•8:30 : Wave One: Elites and 60+ Males and Females – *Elites not eligible for age awards because you are running for the cash.
•8:33 : Wave Two: 30 – 39 Males
•8:36 : Wave Three: 29 and under Males
•8:39 : Wave Four: 40 – 59 Males
•8:42 : Wave Five: All 59 and under Females
•8:45 : Wave Six: All Relay Teams

All USA Triathlon/Duathlon rules will be enforced. You can view all the rules on their site https://www.teamusa.org/USA-Triathlon/About/Multisport/Competitive-Rules

All age group and elite wave participants are eligible for door prizes. The Apple is popular for the quality of door prizes given. Athletes MUST be present to win a door prize!

Timing: Timing is being conducted by JMS Racing. The event will be chip timed and full split results will be posted on the results page (http://www.appleduathlon.com/race/results/) as well as on JMS Racing (https://www.pigmantri.com/race-results/).

Bike Services - If you are flying to MSP and would like to ship your bike separately, we recommend you call Revolution Cycle and Ski at 320.251.BIKE. Revolution is a contributor to the Apple Du and are trusted experts. They also will be onsite race day for any additional help needed.

Event: Apple Duathlon Individual Sprint

5K run and 9.6 mile bike - This is a sprint course duathlon. The start is at Sartell Middle School with the 5K run, followed by a short bike route and finishing with a quick dash to the finish line!

Apple Seedlings Race
In addition to the Short and Long course races there is the Apple Seedlings race. This is for ages 3 - 6. The race is only a running race for a short distance in the parking lot. Registration is FREE! Registrations for the Apple Seedlings will only be taken the day of the race. The race starts at 5:50pm.
Open to ages 6 - 10.
