Event: Heatwave Classic Triathlon
The 35th Annual Heatwave Classic will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Old Trace Park in Ridgeland MS. This year's event will introduce a new 28 mile looped bike course. The Swim will be a 1/2 mile swim that starts in Hobby Cat Cove next to the transition area at Madison Landing. The run will be an out back running on Ridgeland's Multi Purpose Trail. You will take the Multi Purpose Trail to Overlook Point and return to Madison Landing for the finish.

New this year for the Heatwave Classic is the Short Course Triathlon that will start at 8:00 am on Saturday, June 6, 2020. The distance are; a 1/4 mile swim , a 13 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run.
