We went off the grid on Saturday and came back to some BIG changes and lots of uncertainty in our world regarding COVID-19. Our first message is that we hope all of our participants and their friends and families are safe and healthy with access to the resources they need during this time. We know the Turn, Pedal, Burn might be the least of your concerns at the moment, but we wanted to let you know, due to obvious reasons related to COVID-19, the Turn, Pedal, Burn has been cancelled. Considering the logistics of the event, we will not be rescheduling for the 2020 race season. We are working with our registration platform to determine our next steps. Participants can elect one of the following options: OPTION 1 Transfer your registration to another race: Beartooth Run (5k/10 road race) -Saturday, July 11 *On schedule, pending any long-term impacts of COVID-19. Nitty Gritty Off Road Race (multi-distance trail race) -Sunday, September 6 OPTION 2 Transfer your registration to the 2021 Turn, Pedal, Burn Date TBD -typically the week after closing day at Red Lodge Mountain OPTION 3 Refund your race registration Refunds will not include the processing fee paid at the time of registration Please respond via email with which option you would like to move forward with. We will start processing refunds in the next 30 days. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. While we fully believe this is in all of our best interest, we are just as sad as you are to cancel one of our favorite events. We know the Turn, Pedal, Burn has lacked consistency the last few years and we were really hoping to change that reputation after last year's event was such a success! We're looking on the bright side and considering this an opportunity to make 2021 the best Turn, Pedal, Burn ever and hope you'll join us then for some redemption!
