A vertical only race with a just for fun ski down.
Participants will start at the Main Base Area and skin up to the top of Grizzly Peak. Approximately 3.5 miles and about 1900ft of elevation gain.

Short Course
A taste of skimo racing for the curious!
Participants will start up Lazy M to the top of Grizzly Peak, transition, ski down the Drainage, transition, boot pack up the old lift line and skin over to the top of Royals, transition and finally ski down to the finish by Miami Beach!
A little over 4 miles and approximatly 2,500ft of gain.

Long Course
Take the scenic and adventurous route around Red Lodge Mountain.
Participants will start up Lazy M to the top of Grizzly Peak, transition, ski down the Drainage, transition, boot pack up the old lift line and skin over to the top of Triple Chair and onto Side Saddle for a boot pack up East Side Mines and more skinning to the the top of Cole Creek Lift. They'll transition and head down Hellroaring to the summer access road for a transition to skinning followed by a boot pack up to the top of Royals. Another transition and descent down Lobo followed by a transition at the base of the Palisades lift and a final transition before heading up Columbine to a finish on Miami Beach.
This course is 6.83 miles and features 4550ft of gain.
*Strict cut off times will be enforced on this course.
