Event: Individual
Approximately 1.5 mile run, 6.5 mile mountain bike, and repeat run. We will be using the trail system at Lewis Morris Park in Morristown NJ. The course is made up of some gravel sections, double wide trails and single track, hills and flats. All off road, so prepare accordingly. Helmets are required for the ride. No exceptions.

Online pre-registration is closed. Registration will be available on site race day beginning at 8, no CC. Must sign event wavier. Contact event organizer if there are questions. Under 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign as well.
Event: Relay
Relay teams responsible for providing your own teammates. Event is not responsible if team participants no show. Minimum of two for the team event. Please create a team name. Make it fun too!
