StrongHer Long Island 4k Walk- Run

Event: Kids Run

This event starts at 8:30 sharp and is run in Waves. Distance will be different for each age group:
Wave 1- 3 year olds - .06 of a mile
Wave 2- 4 year olds - .15 of a mile
Wave 3- 5 year olds - .15 of a mile
Wave 4 and 5- 6 and 7 yr olds - .30 of a mile
8 and 9 year olds can run/walk the 4k with an adult (reg. price) and will receive a YOUTH medal. (LIMITED SPACE)

Open to ages 3 - 7.

Event: StrongHer Long Island 4k Walk-Run

2 loops at the Holtsville Ecology Center and then run to the finish line near the pavilion. Everyone gets a custom award medal. Give away is a bag with the StrongHer Long Island logo.

Do this event at your convenience before May 5th. Includes Bib, Bag, custom medal and custom wicking tech shirt. All will be mailed to you before event at the address put into the registration system.
