Wave One

Start Information:

Please arrive 30 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the layout of building.

Please bring a water bottle so that you may use our bottle filler stations to stay hydrated during the event!

Your first wave is your 15 minute swim in the pool. After your swim, you have 10 minutes to get to the gym where the bikes are located. After your 20 minute bike, you have 5 minutes to get to the back corner of the track where your run begins.
Open to ages 14 - 99.
