SUBWAY "Fresh Fit" Triathlon/Duathlon FORMERLY Wendy's International Triathlon & Duathlon

Triathletes: Swim 1/2 mile

Triathletes will begin with a 1/2 mile swim along the beach front of Alum Creek State Park. Wet suits are permitted unless the water is too warm as determined by USA Triathlon. Water temperature is typically in the low 80's/high 70's. Swim caps will be provided. Expect about 6-8 separate "wave" starts grouped according to age group. Swim "wave" information will be included in the race confirmation packet and on race day.

BIKE: 17.69 miles (bike course pending due to road construction)
Triathletes will have a 17.69 mile bike race . Bike helmets are ALWAYS MANDATORY and drafting rules enforced. No headsets please. Roads are well paved with a few gently rolling hills.

RUN: 5K

RUN/BIKE/RUN

RUN: The Duathlon will start with a 2-mile run.

BIKE: 17.69 miles (bike course pending due to road construction)
