UDAC Splash & Dash
The Upper Dublin Aquatic Club (UDAC) and the Upper Dublin Parks & Recreation (UPD&R) will hold a youth aquathlon (Swim/Run) race for ages 7 to 15, in conjunction with the annual Upper Dublin Triathlon.
Race distances will be:
Ages 7-10: 140M Swim/1KM Run
Ages 11-15: 210M Swim/2KM Run
Race distances will be:

Ages 11-15: 210M Swim/2KM Run
Open to ages 7 - 15.
