Operation R&R Veterans Day 5K

Operation R&R mission is to give married men and women who have served in combat deployment the opportunity to reconnect and strengthen relationships with their families through Rest & Relaxation on Hilton Head Island at little or no cost. The program positively affects many reintegration issues such as divorces, suicides, child separation, anxiety issues, and PTSD symptoms.
All of this is to ensure that our military families have a chance to spend some time away from their everyday lives to strengthen relationships that have been strained due to long separations and extreme circumstances.
