Northern Hills Training Center Run and Ride
This 4 mile run/12 mile bike/4 mile run is open to individuals, 2-person (1 runner, 1 biker) and 3-person (2 runners, 1 biker) teams. The run is an out-and-back on a rolling paved route. The bike is an out-and-back on a mainly flat paved route. Road or mountain bikes are appropriate.
