Event: Wild Rose Womens Sprint Triathlon
The swim will be a "time trial" start with fastest swimmers going first. Each swimmer will do six (6) lengths of the 25 meter outdoor pool.
The bike course is a five (5) mile loop on rural roads within the City of Loudon and Loudon County. Terrain is mainly flat and fast. No aid stations on bike.
The run course uses the surrounding roads and the greenway for a 4K run. Aid stations will be on course.

WE can't forget about our runner friends! The 5k is for men and women, but women will go first (Ladies first!) and men will follow. Division awards for women in 10 year age groups and only overall for top three men. Special awards will be given, TBA.
