TWO - FOUR PERSON TEAM CANOE
The Great Race canoe Triathlon/Duathlon is a:
12-mile bike
3-mile run
3-mile paddle
Runners: must have bib displayed on FRONT
Cyclers must have helmets. The bib needs to be worn on the cyclist's right side.
Paddle: Life jackets are required. A bib must be worn on a paddler's life jacket running over the finish line. The U.S. Coast Guard requires all paddlers to stay with their boats at all times.
Race packets should be picked up in advance at the Town Clerk's Office, 398 Georgia Shore Rd St. Albans Town, Vermont, on July 2nd from 4 pm to 6 pm, July 3rd from 4 pm to 6 pm
Race Participants traveling a long distance can pick up race packets on race day (July 5th) at the race location starting at 6:00 am.

KIDS RUN
Kids of all ages can participate in a Fun Run around the beautiful St. Albans Bay Park walking path. Cheer on your special little one along the path or at the finish line as they receive a prize for participating!
