Signing up as a single adult participant means that you are signing up to complete all three portions of the triathlon yourself (run/walk, kayak, bike). Adult triathlon sign up is open to those 12+ years old.

Adult Relay Team Participation

Signing up as a relay team means that you will have 2-3 people that are working together to split up and complete the 3 portions of the triathlon (run/walk, kayak, bike). Example: Mary, Steve, and Bob sign up as a Relay Team. Mary completes the 5K, Steve completes the kayak paddle, and Bob completes the bike ride. Relay sign up open to those 12+ of age.

The youth event is open to participants ages 8+ and includes participation in a 1-mile walk/run. There is no kayak or bike ride in the youth event.
