Event: Canary in the Cave 25k
The 8th annual Canary in the Cave 25k Trail Run is scheduled for 10 am on Saturday, November 2nd, 2018. There will be 3 Aid stations located at approximately 4.3, 9.5, and 13.5 miles. Aid stations will provide water, soda, and an electrolyte drink plus a very small selection of fruits and other carbohydrates. If there are specific foods that work best for you, then please bring your own.
Open to ages 14 - 99.
