2025 Lander Reverse Triathlon

Ages 13 and up; 5k Run, 20.5k Bike, 600yard Swim (pool)

Ages 12 and up; Relay team can be made up of 2 or 3 participants; 5k Run, 20.5k Bike, 600yard Swim (pool)

Ages 12 through 18 years old; Relay team can be made up of 2 or 3 participants; 5k Run, 20.5k Bike, 600yard Swim (pool)

Ages 12-15; 3k Run, 20.5k Bike, 300yd Swim (pool). This is an option for teens who are newer to the sport or want to try slightly shorter distances. The regular INDIVIDUAL Triathlon is also open for ages 13+ for those who would like to challenge themselves with a longer course.
