New Date: Thursday 5/14 6:04 PM and Sundays, 6/14 and 7/19 at 7:04 AM
Due to Lake Louisa State Park's restriction on gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic we have rescheduled our March and April Super Sprint Training Triathlons to Sunday mornings 6/14 and 7/19. These events will start at 7:04 AM. Afternoons in June and July always have a bigger chance of rain and extreme heat, thus we chose Sunday mornings.
We will keep our Thursday May 14th 6:04 PM event unless they tell us otherwise.
If you need to cancel your registration you can choose that option below.
This Super Sprint race series has been happening for over 10 years, and although different race directors have been in charge, there isn't much that has changed. These training races are great for beginners to learn the sport of duathlon in a simple, encouraging format. They are great for those looking to get a great workout with friends. Finally, they are also great for athletes wanting to hone their draft legal skills.
5:45 PM or 6:45 AM before each event coaches from Swim Like a Pro will be going over Triathlon transition and rules.
