We are thrilled to start by expressing our heartfelt gratitude for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the Give ’Em the Bird 5K Run / 2K Walk. Your support will help this Thanksgiving tradition grow stronger every year.

As we enjoy the last weeks of summer, we hope you and your families are soaking up the sunshine and enjoying every moment. With that said, we are excitedly gearing up for the 11th Annual Give ’Em the Bird 5K / 2K Walk, happening on Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 27, 2025!

Thanks to generous support and the enthusiastic participation of our community, we have raised over $250,000 over the past ten years for the Easthampton Community Center. This achievement has provided essential aid to thousands of families during the holiday seasons and beyond.

We are excited to share that registration for the 2025 race opened 08/17/25 —and this event has sold out for the last six years in a row. The sooner we receive your sponsorship commitment, the sooner we can include your name or logo on the registration page, depending on your sponsorship level.

Attached to this email, you’ll find the 2025 sponsorship form. We would be honored to have your support this year.

Please note:

Sponsorship commitments must be received by Monday, November 3, 2025 to be included on the official race shirt.

We are continuing our partnership with Fast Track Timing. Two sponsorship levels now include your LOGO featured on the registration pages, providing even greater visibility for your business.

The WHOLE TURKEY ($1,000): Your logo on our collectible Race Day shirt, given to participants (check received by 11/01/25 for shirt logo placement). Logo on all race promotional items including flyers. Logo company/organization name incorporated on the runner/walker registration website and our social media promotional plan. (2) race shirts (2) race entries. Acknowledgement during Race Week via social media and all media notifications!

 

● GRAVY SPONSOR ($500): Your logo on our collectible Race Day shirt given to all participants (check received by 11/01/25 for shirt placement Logo company/organization name incorporated on the runner/walker registration website and our social media promotional plan. (1) race shirt,  (1) race entry -  Acknowledgement on Race Week social media and all media notifications!

 

● WISH BONE SPONSOR ($250): Your name on our collectible Race Day shirt given to all participants (check received by 11/01/25 for shirt placement): name on all race promotional items including flyers. Company/organization name incorporated as part of the social media promotional plan. Acknowledgement on Race week via social media!
